胃溃疡诊断中胃镜与气钡双重消化道造影的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:胃溃疡诊断中胃镜与气钡双重消化道造影的应用价值分析。方法:以2019年10月~2020年5月于本院经病理检查确诊为胃溃疡的93例患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受X线气钡双重造影检查,7d后接受电子胃镜检查,参考病理检查结果对比分析两种检查方式的阳性结果占比。结果:气钡双重造影检查结果显示,93例患者有82例为胃溃疡(其中有16例为恶性胃溃疡),检出率为88.17%;胃镜检查结果显示,93例患者中有71例为胃溃疡(其中有25例为恶性胃溃疡),检出率为76.34%;两组检出率对比,差异统计学意义成立(χ2=4.458,P=0.035)。结论:相对比胃镜而言,X线气钡双重造影在胃溃疡临床诊断中的应用价值更高,但提倡联合应用两种方案,以减少漏诊风险,为患者治疗提供保障。Objective:To analyze the application value of gastroscopy and air-barium dual gastrointestinal tract imaging in the diagnosis of gastric ulcer.Methods:From October 2019 to May 2020,93 patients diagnosed with gastric ulcer through pathological examination in our hospital were taken as the research objects.All patients underwent X-ray air-barium double contrast examination and received electronic gastroscopy after 7 days.Refer to the pathological examination results to compare and analyze the proportion of positive results of the two examination methods.Results:Air-barium double contrast examination showed that 82 of 93 patients were gastric ulcers(16 of them were malignant gastric ulcers),the detection rate was 88.17%;The gastroscopy results showed that 71 of the 93 patients were gastric ulcer(25 of them are malignant gastric ulcers),the detection rate was 76.34%;The detection rate of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.458,P=0.035).Conclusion:Compared with gastroscopy,X-ray air-barium double contrast is more valuable in the clinical diagnosis of gastric ulcer,but it is recommended to use the two schemes in combination to reduce the risk of missed diagnosis and provide protection for patient treatment.
