摘 要:试验建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定莲子样品中钒、铬、镍、砷、镉、锑、铊、铅、锰、铜和锌的分析方法。采用超纯水-浓硝酸-30%过氧化氢体系对样品进行微波消解,用ICP-MS进行测定,通过内标元素校正消除基体干扰,采用标准曲线法定量。结果表明,11种元素的线性相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.999;检出限为0.00030~0.0065 mg/kg;在实际样品中,各元素在3个浓度添加水平下的方法回收率为89.9%~110.3%;相对标准偏差(δ_(RSD))为1.49%~4.76%(n=6)。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、准确度好,可应用于莲子样品中11种元素的同时测定。A microwave digestion-ICP/MS method for determination of vanadium,chromium,nickel,arsenic,cadmium,antimony,thallium,lead,manganese,copper and zinc in the Hunan lotus seed was established.The samples were digested by microwave digestion using ultra-pure water-hydrogen nitrate-30%hydrogen peroxide as a digestion system,followed by the ICP-MS analysis.The internal standard elements were used to compensate matrix effect.The concentrations of elements were calculated according to the standard curve.The linear correlation coefficients for all 11 elements were more than 0.999.Detection limits were 0.00030-0.0065 mg/kg.The average recoveries in 3 different levels were in the range of 89.9%-110.3%.Relative standard deviations(δ_(RSD))were ranged from 1.49%-4.76%(n=6).This method was proved to be simple operated,low detection with high accuracy,which was suitable for the simultaneous analysis of 11 elements in lotus seed.
