埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效评估

摘　　要：目的关于埃索美拉唑应用在消化性溃疡患者中的临床效果探究。方法选择2017年3月至2019年5月来我院进行治疗的80例消化性溃疡患者作为观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行治疗的80例消化性溃疡患者作为对照组。观察组患者主要通过采用埃索美拉唑三联疗法进行治疗,对照组选择奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗,比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.75%(75/80),对照组有效率为78.75%(63/80),P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率为6.25%(5/80),对照组并发症发生率为16.25%(13/80),P<0.05;对两组患者治疗之前和治疗第8周的临床症状积分进行评价,治疗之前两组无差异,P>0.05;治疗8周以后,观察组比对照组更优,P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论对消化性溃疡患者在治疗时,通过埃索美拉唑为主的三联疗法治疗可以有效的提升患者的治疗中有效率,降低并发症对患者的影响,同时能帮助患者改善相关临床症状积分,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of esomeprazole in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods Eighty patients with peptic ulcer who came to our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as observation group.In addition,80 patients with peptic ulcer who came to our hospital for treatment in the same period were selected as the control group.Patients in the observation group were mainly treated with esomeprazole triple therapy,and the control group was treated with omeprazole triple therapy to compare the effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%(75/80),the effective rate of the control group was 78.75%(63/80),P<0.05.The complication rate of the observation group was 6.25%(5/80).The complication rate was 16.25%(13/80),P<0.05.The clinical symptom scores of the two groups before treatment and the 8th week of treatment were evaluated.There was no difference between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;treatment for 8 weeks Later,the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05,and there was statistical significance.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer,esomeprazole-based triple therapy can effectively improve the efficiency of patients'treatment,reduce the impact of complications on patients,and help patients improve clinical symptoms.Points are worth promoting.
