口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果和并发症发生率

摘　　要：目的对口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果和并发症发生率进行分析和评价。方法本项研究主要选取回顾了2017年3月至2020年3月在某院进行了牙周病致前牙移位治疗的88例患者的治疗资料,将其分为了对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44)。对照组患者采取常规性的牙周治疗,观察组则使用口腔正畸治疗,对比两个组别牙周各项指标和不良反应出现概率。结果对照组前牙覆盖值、前牙覆及牙周袋深度与观察组对比,组间的数据经统计学分析具备意义(P<0.05);但对照组的牙槽骨高度与观察组的对比数据经统计学分析没有意义(P>0.05);对照组中有1例疼痛情况,2例口臭,牙周脓肿患者2例,牙齿松动患者3例,共计出现8例并发症患者,总出现概率为18.20%;观察组有1例口臭,1例牙周脓肿,总共出现2例并发症患者,总发生概率为4.50%;对照组患者治疗后发生并发症概率高于观察组,组间的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对牙周病致前牙移位患者进行治疗时,使用口腔正畸治疗方式具备显著效果,同时还可以有效降低患者发生不良反应的概率,具有比较高的临床价值,值得推广。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect and complication rate of orthodontic treatment of anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods This study mainly reviewed the treatment data of 88 patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease in a hospital from March 2017 to March 2020,and divided them into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44).The control group was given conventional periodontal treatment,while the observation group was given orthodontic treatment.The periodontal indexes and the probability of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the observation group,the anterior teeth coverage,anterior over bite and periodontal pocket depth of the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the comparison data of the alveolar bone height of the control group and the observation group has no significance after statistical analysis(P>0.05).In the control group,there were 1 case of pain,2 cases of halitosis,2 cases of periodontal abscess,3 cases of tooth loosening,a total of 8 patients with complications,the total probability was 18.20%.In the observation group,there was 1 case of halitosis and 1 case of periodontal abscess,with a total of 2 cases of complications,and the total incidence rate was 4.50%.The probability of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease,the use of orthodontic treatment has a significant effect,but also can effectively reduce the probability of adverse reactions in patients,with high clinical value,worthy of promotion.
