艾司奥美拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效评估

摘　　要：目的评估艾司奥美拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2017年3月30日至2019年1月30日收治的消化性溃疡患者118例,采取数字随机法分成2组,对照组(n=59)应用常规治疗,观察组(n=59)应用艾司奥美拉唑钠治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果两组患者均在治疗后pH值上升,均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组患者在治疗后pH值比对照组高(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后红细胞比容、红细胞沉降率、血浆黏度水平均有所降低,均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后红细胞比容、红细胞沉降率、血浆黏度水平均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效显著,是一种优秀的治疗药物。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of esomeprazole sodium in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from March 30,2017 to January 30,2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=59)was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group(n=59)was treated with esomeprazole sodium.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The pH value of both groups increased after treatment,which was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the pH value of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the erythrocyte specific volume,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and plasma viscosity of the two groups decreased,which was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the erythrocyte specific volume,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole sodium is an excellent drug in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
