摘　　要：本文分析前哨淋巴结定位在子宫内膜癌中应用的研究进展,从前哨淋巴结与子宫内膜癌的关系及如何更好地提高前哨淋巴结定位在子宫内膜癌治疗中的应用等方面进行综述。发现ICG、“两步法”提高了SLN定位的准确性及淋巴结转移的检出率。前哨淋巴结在子宫内膜癌治疗中对于缩小淋巴结清扫范围、精准切除病变淋巴结、把控手术质量、改善患者预后等方面均有不错的应用前景。This paper analyzes the research progress of sentinel lymph nodes in endometrial carcinoma,and reviews the relationship between sentinel lymph nodes and endometrial carcinoma and how to improve the application of sentinel lymph node localization in the treatment of endometrial carcinoma.It was found that ICG and"two-step method"improved the accuracy of SLN localization and the detection rate of lymph node metastasis.Sentinel lymph nodes have a good application prospect in the treatment of endometrial cancer,such as reducing the scope of lymph node dissection,precise resection of diseased lymph nodes,controlling the quality of operation and improving the prognosis of patients.
