高校基层党支部在课程思政中的作用发挥探析——以浙江工业大学药学院基层党支部为例

摘　　要：高校基层党组织是党在高等教育教学中的重要组织保证,是党全部工作和战斗力的基础。高校课程思政属于隐性思政教育,课程思政建设是实现高校立德树人根本任务的重要内容之一。浙江工业大学药学院中药研究所师生联合党支部以提升基层党支部组织力为着力点,在课程思政建设中逐步建立了党建和思政融合、党建和专业共建、课堂和实践结合、教学和制度保障等协同机制,通过支部建设与教学组织及导师团队的协同创新发展模式,有效发挥基层党支部在课程思政建设中的组织推动作用,为基层党支部在课程思政中的作用发挥提供了可资借鉴的经验。Curriculum ideology and politics in the universities belong to invisible ideology and politics education,which is the most important part for strengthening moral education and cultivating people in colleges and universities.Primary party branch in colleges constitutes the basic unit for the Communist Party in higher education.In the article,the organization function and practice of primary party branch in conducting and improving curriculum ideology and politics are discussed according to the primary party branch for our Traditional Chinese Medicinal Institute with the following four synchronized paths:integration of party and ideological politics,party and professional co-construction,combination of classroom and practice,and teaching and institutional guarantee.Through the cooperative innovation and development mode of party branch,teaching organization and tutor team,the organization and promotion role of the primary party branch in curriculum ideology and politics is effectively played,and the experience might be used as a reference for the primary party branch in construction of curriculum ideology and politics.
