农村体育发展脉络审视与新时期路径选择

摘　　要：为农村体育适应新时期发展需要,采用文献资料法对改革开放40年我国农村体育发展历程分析。参考党史与中国体育年鉴记载为划分主线将农村体育划分为以下5个阶段:家庭联产承包责任制铸造农村体育探索始端(1978-1984);计划经济助推农村体育社会化发展阶段(1984-1992);市场经济构筑农村体育提速发展阶段(1992-2002);城乡统筹发展观助推农村体育均衡发展阶段(2002-2012);全面深化改革农村体育挺进升华发展阶段(2012-2020)。农村体育发展伴随国家改革重心与力度,从初期呈现"边缘性"倡导性价值、改革中期国家政治、经济稳定的提速发展、到全面深化改革的"民生化、内需化"的时代定位。新时期深化改革背景下农村体育发展路径选择:完善农村公共体育文化服务供给侧,搭建大学生农村体育创业平台的公益化路径;因地制宜,构建体育产业与健康产业融合发展的现代化产业发展路径;构建"节气体育"为内核的传统文化与农村体育融合发展路径。In order to adapt to the development of rural sports in the new period, this paper analyzes the development course of rural sports in China in the past 40 years by using the literature materials. Referring to the history of the Party and the sports annals of China as the main line of division, the rural sports can be divided into the following five stages: Household-responsibility system the beginning of rural sports exploration(1978-1984), the planned economy promotes the rural sports socialization Development Stage(1984-1992), the market economy constructs the rural sports acceleration development stage(1992-2002), the urban and rural balanced development concept promotes the rural sports balanced development stage(2002-2012), the sublimation and development stage of rural sports under the overall deepening reform(2012-2020). With the development of Rural Sports, the focus and strength of national reform, from the initial appearance of "marginal" advocacy value, the medium-term national political and economic stability of the accelerated development, to the comprehensive deepening of reform of the "people’s livelihood, domestic demand" orientation of the Times. Under the background of deepening reform in the new period, rural sports development path choice: consummates the Rural Public Sports Culture Service supply side, constructs the university student rural sports pioneering platform the commonweal path;Construction of Sports Industry and health industry integration of modern industrial development path, building "gas sports" as the core of the traditional culture and rural sports integration development path.
