摘  要:辣木具有较好的营养价值和功效,为进一步筛选具有更高价值的辣木资源,采用辐射育种,培育优良单株,为辣木产业发展提供支持。以辣木种子为试材,采用15Gy剂量的^(60)Co-γ射线辐射,调查辣木叶片形态特征,分析测定营养品质,包括蛋白质、总黄酮、粗多糖、维生素C、总多酚、氨基酸和脂肪酸含量。结果表明,受辐射的辣木植株与对照相比,其叶片形态特征受影响较大,受辐射的辣木叶片氨基酸、蛋白质和维生素C含量显著高于对照,而总黄酮和总酚含量极显著低于对照;与对照相比,受辐射的辣木叶片不同脂肪酸含量呈极显著差异。可见,采用辐射育种可显著改变辣木叶片品质,对高品质选育种具有较好效果。Moringa oleifera has high nutritional values and efficacy.In order to further screen higher value resources of Moringa oleifera,radioactive breeding is conducted to breed excellent clones and provide support for development of Moringa oleifera industry.In this study,the seeds of Moringa oleifera were irradiated by ^(60)Coγ-Rays of 15Gy.The morphological characteristics and nutritional quality of Moringa oleifera leaves,including protein,total flavone,crude polysaccharide,vitamin C,total polyphenol,amino acid and fatty acid content,were studied.The results showed that compared with the control,the leaf morphological characteristics of radiated were greatly affected.The content of amino acid,protein and vitamin C in the radiated Moringa oleifera leaves was significantly higher than that in the control,while the content of total flavonoids and total phenols was significantly lower than that in the control.The content of different fatty acids in the radiated Moringa oleifera leaves was significantly different.
