摘  要:当前地方高校工科实践教学存在的问题是:教学理念陈旧,人才培养模式单一;培养目标不明确,课程内容陈旧;教学体系不完善,实践教学缺位;受时空和环境制约,实践教学低水平重复;资源投入不足,实践教学质量难以保证。在新工科理念的指导下,借鉴国外工程教育实践经验,以提高实践技能为侧重点,构建了"三段一线五位一体"的地方高校新工科层次化实践教学体系。层次化实践教学体系明确了培养目标,细化了培养标准,创新了实践课程内容和形式。层次化实践教学的实施对教学评价、教学管理等提出了新的要求,需要地方高校进一步加强教师培养和资源投入,并强化与企业的协同创新。The current problems of engineering practical teaching in local colleges and universities are as follows:the old-fashion teaching concept and monotonous talent training mode,unclear train⁃ing target and obsolete course content,imperfect teaching system and absent practical teaching,in⁃sufficient resource investment and unstable practical teaching quality;and the low-level repetition of practical teaching restricted by time,space and environment.Under the guidance of the new engi⁃neering concept,drawing on the abroad practical experience of engineering education and focusing on the improvement of practical skills,the new engineering hierarchical practical teaching system of“three sections of one line,five in one”was constructed in local colleges and universities.The hier⁃archical practical teaching system clarifies the training objectives,refines the training standards,and innovates the content and form of practical courses.The implementation of hierarchical practical teaching has put forward new requirements for teaching evaluation and teaching management,so it is necessary for local colleges and universities to further strengthen teacher training and resource in⁃vestment.It also seeks to enhance collaborative innovation with enterprise.
