摘　　要：以探索建立现代医院管理制度为契机,宁夏某三甲医院启动综合改革,从学科整合、资源统一管理、全方位质量监管、合理构建绩效考核体系等方面,信息化手段支撑了改革的全面推进,提高患者就医满意度、医疗质量,合理体现医务人员技术劳务价值等。信息化技术支撑医院综合改革取得了阶段性成效,促进了医院跨越式发展。To explore and establish modern hospital management system as an opportunity,a hospital of class a and grade three in Ningxia launched the comprehensive reform,including the integration of the discipline,unified resources management and comprehensive quality supervision,reasonable construction of performance appraisal system,informationization supporting the comprehensive advancement of the reform,improvement in patients’satisfaction with medical treatment and medical quality,and reasonable reflection of technical service value of medical personnel.The comprehensive reform supported by informatization technology has achieved phased results and promoted the leap-forward development of the hospital.
