摘　　要：目的了解辽宁省全科医生老年医学业务能力自评现状,寻找提高转岗培训的全科医生老年医学业务能力的有效途径。方法采用问卷调查法对辽宁省2019年报名参加转岗培训的所有全科医生的老年医学业务情况进行调查,并进行统计检验。结果辽宁省转岗培训社区医生在老年医学方面业务能力不佳,自评平均得分为64.7分。从各维度得分来看,除了老年保健服务指标以外,其他城市各维度得分均明显低于A市和B市。结论全科医生的老年医学业务能力自评水平不佳,在老年精神疾病、老年综合征、老年人用药、康复功能评估、老年保健服务等相关知识相对薄弱,各地区间总体业务能力自评有差异,应注重整体的提升。Objective:To understand the current situation of self-assessment of general practitioners’professional ability of geriatric medicine in Liaoning Province,and find an effective way to improve the geriatric medical professional ability of general practitioners in post transfer training.Method:The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the geriatric medical services of all general practitioners who signed up for post transfer training in Liaoning Province in 2019,and the statistical test was conducted.Result:The community doctors in the transfer training in Liaoning Province have poor professional ability in geriatric medicine,and the average score of self-evaluation is 64.7.In terms of the scores of each dimension,and except for the geriatric health service index,scores of each dimension of other cities were significantly lower than those of City A and City B.Conclusion:The self-evaluation level of general practitioners’geriatric medical professional ability is not good,and they are relatively weak in geriatric mental diseases,geriatric syndrome,medication for the elderly,rehabilitation function evaluation,geriatric health care services and other related knowledge.And there are differences in the self-evaluation of the overall professional ability in different regions.Therefore,the overall improvement should be emphasized.
