摘  要:目的:运动员大强度训练可以导致肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)异常升高,了解高浓度CK对运动员心脏功能可能会产生的影响。方法:对14名安徽省优秀运动员在2003~2017年期间,跟踪监测资料的回顾性分析。结果:出现CK值最高的项目为拳击,最低的项目为橄榄球,男性升高的幅度大于女性,从高到低排序依次为:拳击>散打>自行车>跆拳道>橄榄球;ECG变化:4人出现I-II度房室传到阻滞、室早、心肌肥厚,3人出现束支传导阻滞,4人出现ST-T样改变,2人窦性心律;临床诊断:11人有乏力、胸闷,2人感觉乏力,9人为心肌炎。结论:大负荷训练导致的CK异常升高对运动员的心功能具有一定的影响;CK值越高,越容易引起传导阻滞、房早、心肌肥厚等导致心肌炎,需要恢复的时间越长;打斗类项目高于其他运动项目;运动员经过长时间休息或退役后,临床症状会出现明显改善,随访5年仍有2人偶发胸闷。Objective:High intensity training of athletes can lead to abnormal increase of creatine kinase(CK),To understand the effects of high concentration of CK on athletes heart function.Methods:The data of 14 elite athletes in Anhui Province from 2003 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The highest CK value was boxing,and the lowest was football,and the increase of male was greater than that of female,and the order from high to low was boxing>Sanshou>Bicycle>Taekwondo>rugby;ECG CHANGES:I-II atrioventricular conduction block,ventricular premature,myocardial hypertrophy in 4,Bundle branch block in 3,ST-T changes in 4,sinus rhythm in 2;Clinical diagnosis:11,fatigue,chest tightness,2,feeling fatigue,9 were myocarditis.Conclusions:The abnormal increase of CK caused by heavy load training has certain influence on the cardiac function of athletes;The higher the CK value,the more easily lead to the conduction block,atrial premature,myocardial hypertrophy and so on,which lead to Myocarditis,and the longer the time needed to recover;Fighting events are higher than other sports events;After long-term rest or retirement,the clinical symptoms will be significantly improved,During the 5-year follow-up,2 patients still had occasional chest tightness.
