摘 要:快递末端物流资源共享给快递网点带来了降本增效的希望,助力快递业朝着高效集约化方向发展。但目前共同配送模式尚未成熟,实施效果也并不清晰。因此文章构建快递网点的评价指标体系,进行问卷调查获取共配网点的实际经营数据,在此基础上,运用熵权法确定各评价指标的权重并进行综合打分。结果表明:网点处理速度和劳动生产率对效率影响较大;共配前网点平均分数为23.9,共配后为29.5,提升了23.4%,实施共同配送模式后网点整体运营效率水平有一定的提升。The sharing of express terminal logistics resources has brought the hope of cost reduction and efficiency increase to express outlets,and helped the express industry to develop in an efficient and intensive direction.However,the joint distribution mode is not mature yet,and the implementation effect is not clear.Therefore,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of express outlets,carry out a questionnaire survey to obtain the actual operation data of joint distribution outlets.On this basis,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index and give a comprehensive score.The results show that the processing speed and labor productivity have great influence on efficiency.The average score of the outlets before joint distribution is 23.9,and after joint distribution is 29.5,an increase of 23.4%.The overall operational efficiency of the outlets has been improved to some extent after the implementation of the joint distribution mode.
