摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,居民对于低温食品需求的释放推动着冷链物流行业的发展,使得冷链物流市场规模不断扩大。作为投资市场的新一片亿万蓝海,对其现状的分析研究以及建立冷链物流行业特有的投资价值评价体系有着重要的现实意义。文章基于战略分析的角度,从生命周期、相对竞争力、技术实力、财务状况以及资源配置能力五个维度构建冷链物流企业投资价值评价体系,并采用层次分析法揭示了投资价值评价各指标的影响关系,为企业投资价值的提高提出了相应的措施。With the rapid development of economy,the release of residents'demand for low temperature food promotes the development of cold chain logistics industry,which makes the scale of cold chain logistics market expand continuously.As a new billion blue sea in the investment market,it is of great practical significance to analyze and study its present situation and to establish the investment value evaluation system unique to the cold chain logistics industry.Based on the strategic analysis,this paper constructs the investment value evaluation system of cold chain logistics enterprises from five dimensions:life cycle,relative competitiveness,technical strength,financial situation and resource allocation ability,and reveals the influence relationship of each index of investment value evaluation by using analytic hierarchy process.It puts forward corresponding measures for the improvement of investment value of enterprises.
