摘  要:为减少施工现场塔式起重机臂因结构疲劳导致的坍塌事故,提出建筑工程施工现场塔式起重机臂钢结构疲劳检测技术。采用可靠性指标描述疲劳度,计算试件应力幅谱。结合P-S-N曲线确定疲劳强度,通过脉动循环、对称循环计算得出应力幅能表达疲劳抗力,同时考虑数据离散性,计算起重机臂钢机构应力幅,实现钢结构疲劳检测。实验验证在施加拉应力和撤除拉应力条件下,随着拉力的变化,所提方法的检测信号灵敏度较高,应用过程精准,具有一定的实际应用价值。In order to reduce the collapse accident of tower crane jib due to structural fatigue,the fatigue detection technology of tower crane jib in construction site is proposed.The reliability index is used to describe the fatigue and the stress amplitude spectrum is calculated.The fatigue strength is determined by combining P-S-N curve,and the stress amplitude is calculated by pulsating cycle and symmetrical cycle to express the fatigue resistance.Meanwhile,the stress amplitude of crane arm steel mechanism is calculated by considering the discreteity of data,so as to realize the fatigue detection of steel structure.The experiment verifies that the detection signal sensitivity of the proposed method is high and the application process is accurate under the conditions of tensile stress and stress removal,and the proposed method has certain practical application value.
