摘 要:随着社会信息化的飞速发展,学习者对智慧学习提出新需求。高校教师必须适应现代信息技术革命给教育带来的深刻变革,提高信息素养,提升课程领导力,促进学生可持续发展。智慧学习要求高校教师发展课程道德领导力,具备课程价值洞察力、课程设计预见力、课程开发决策力、课程实施指导力、课程评价激励力。针对高校教师课程领导力建设困境,应把课程领导力建设与信息化教学创新紧密结合,推动把课程领导嵌入智慧学习系统,其具体路径是优化思维认知、提升全链能力、开展高质量课程领导活动和强化机制创新。With the accelerated progression of the informationization of society,learners put forward new demands for intelligent learning.College teachers must adapt to the profound changes of education brought by the modern information technology revolution,promote their information literacy,enhance their curriculum leadership,and promote the sustainable development of students.Intelligent learning requires university teachers to develop curriculum moral leadership,insight into curriculum value,foresight of curriculum design,decision-making ability of curriculum development,ability of guiding curriculum implementation,and ability of incenting curriculum evaluation.In view of the difficulties in curriculum leadership construction of university teachers,it should be closely integrated into information-based teaching innovation,and embedded in the intelligent learning system.Its path is to optimize cognition and thinking,enhance the ability of all that are involved,carry out high-quality curriculum leadership activities,and promote mechanism innovation.
