高职体育教师五维工作绩效结构模型的实证分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对高职体育教师工作绩效进行概念界定和结构模型建构,通过多轮的走访、调查和测算,构建了以任务绩效、工作过程、发展绩效、职业道德和反生产绩效构成的二阶六因子结构模型(含工作绩效),经检验,模型符合研究要求,具有统计学意义,假设模型可接受。By using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper defines the concept and constructs the structure model of the work performance of the vocational institute physical education teachers.Through multiple rounds of visits,surveys and calculations,it constructs a two-stage six factor structure model(including the work performance)composed of task performance,work process,development performance,professional ethics and counter production performance,the model meets the re-search requirements,has statistical significance,and the hypothesis model is acceptable.
