摘 要:为提高MODIS卫星影像土地覆被产品的分类精度,以京津冀为研究区,在1∶25万土地覆被数据与MODIS土地覆被产品(MCD12Q1)分类一致区内,构建土地覆被类型面积占比与地形因子之间的多元回归模型,并据此改进MODIS土地覆被产品中分类精度较低区域的分类。用面积构成比例和空间一致性比率两个评价指标对改进结果进行评价。结果表明:林地、草地、耕地三种地类的回归模型适合用来改进MODIS土地覆被产品的分类,三种地类与参考数据的空间一致性比率比改进前分别提高了30.02%、40.87%和4.94%;对于与地形因子关系密切的林地和草地,两个评价指标均显示,基于分类一致区建模来改进目标产品的分类精度,比基于整个区域建模改进目标产品的分类精度的效果更加明显。其中,林地的空间一致性比率的提升幅度由8.55%升到30.02%,草地由27.44%升到40.87%。由此可见,地形地貌对土地覆被类型的形成具有重要影响,土地覆被类型面积占比与地形因子之间具有很强的相关关系,基于这种定量关系对土地覆被分类进行改进是完全可行的。In order to improve the classification accuracy of the MODIS based land cover product,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is taken as the study area in this paper,and multiple linear stepwise regression models between area ratios of land cover categories and terrain factors are established based on consistent classification regions between the reference data(land cover data at scale of 1 to 250000)and the target product(MODIS based land cover product,MCD12Q1).The models are used to improve the classification accuracy of the target land cover products in the regions where the land cover categories of the target data product is inconsistent with those of the reference data.Proportion of areal composition and ratio of spatial consistency are used to evaluate the improved effect.The following results are found that:1)The regression models for forest land,grassland and cultivated land are suitable for improving classification accuracy of the MODIS based land cover product.The ratios of spatial consistency for the above three land cover categories are improved by 30.02%,40.87%and 4.94%,respectively.2)For forest land and grassland closely related to topographic factors,both of the two evaluation indexes(proportion of areal composition and ratio of spatial consistency)show that it is more effective to use the models based on the consistent classification regions than to use those based on the whole study area for enhancing classification accuracy of the target land cover product.The ratios of spatial consistency for forest land and grassland are improved from 8.55%to 30.02%and from 27.44%to 40.87%,respectively.Therefore,the following conclusions can be drawn from this study:topographic features play important roles in the formation of land cover categories;there are strong correlations between the areal proportion of land cover types and terrain factors,and it is feasible to improve land cover classification based on the relationships.
