“一带一路”背景下的商务英语人才培养研究

摘　　要：随着“一带一路”倡议的提出,我国与沿线国家的贸易越加频繁,因此对商务英语人才的需求和要求都越来越高。传统教学模式下培养的商务英语人才已经无法适应“一带一路”背景下对人才的要求,需要对商务英语教学模式做出改革。本文首先介绍了“一带一路”的作用,其次从教学形式、教学内容和教学活动等方面分析了“一带一路”下商务英语人才培养模式主要存在的问题,最后根据这些问题提出了改革路径。With the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative,China's trade with countries along the route has become more frequent.Therefore,the demand and requirements for business English talents are getting higher and higher.Business English talents trained under the traditional teaching model can no longer meet the requirements for talents under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,and reforms to the business English teaching model are needed.This article first introduces the role of the Belt and Road,and then analyzes the main problems in the business English talent training model under the Belt and Road from the aspects of teaching form,teaching content and teaching activities,and finally proposes a reform path based on these issues.
