摘　　要：长期以来英国的食品安全监管机制受欧盟影响至深。脱欧后,英国与欧盟关系的重塑将深刻影响英国现有食品安全监管机制。这些影响主要体现在食品进出口监管标准、监管法律体系、监管机构职能以及英欧合作关系等方面。中国应密切关注这些变化,以期在未来双边食品贸易谈判时,争取更多的利益,推动对英食品贸易关系的进一步发展。The supervision mechanism of food safety in the UK has long been affected by the EU.After the Brexit,the reshaping of the relationship between the UK and the EU will profoundly affect the supervision mechanism of the existing food safety in the UK.These effects are mainly reflected in the supervision standards for food import and export,the regulatory legal system about food,the functions of regulatory agencies,and the relationship between the UK and Europe.China should pay close attention to these changes,with a view to striving for more benefits in the future negotiations on bilateral food trade and promoting the further development of the food trade relationship.
