摘  要:炼钢过程中的脱氧合金化是钢铁冶炼的重要工艺环节。随着钢铁行业中高附加值钢种产量的不断提高,在保证钢水质量的同时,如何最大限度地降低合金钢的生产成本已经成为各大钢铁企业提高竞争力所要解决的重要问题。对于不同的钢种,在冶炼结束时,需要投入不同量、不同种类的合金,以使其达到特定要求。基于此,通过历史数据对脱氧合金化环节进行了分析与评价,对收集到的数据用Excel进行初步处理和统计分析,可以知道影响合金收得率的因素有转炉终点温度,转炉终点C,Mn,S,P,Si等含量。建立模型分析合金收得率并提高元素收得率预测准确率,进而实现脱氧合金化成本优化对实际钢铁冶炼具有十分重要的意义。用Excle统计分析出影响C,Mn,S,P,Si等元素收得率的主要因素。Deoxidation alloying is an important process in steel smelting.With the continuous increase of the output of high value-added steel in the steel industry,how to reduce the production cost of alloy steel to the maximum extent while ensuring the quality of molten steel has become an important problem to be solved by major iron and steel enterprises to improve their competitiveness.For different kinds of steel,at the end of smelting,it is necessary to put in different quantities and different kinds of alloy to make it meet the specific requirements.Based on this,the process of deoxidizing alloying was analyzed and evaluated through historical data.The collected data were preliminarily processed and statistically analyzed by EXCEL.It can be known that the factors affecting the alloy yield include the end temperature of converter and the content of C,Mn,S,P,Si and so on at the end of converter.It is of great significance for actual steel smelting to establish a model to analyze the alloy yield and improve the prediction accuracy of element yield,and then realize the cost optimization of deoxidizing alloying.The main factors affecting the yield of C,Mn,S,P,Si were screened out by Excel statistical analysis.
