摘 要:研究食品用塑料包装中双酚F和双酚S的迁移规律。通过液相色谱串联质谱法测定相同样品在不同模拟物中(10%乙醇、4%乙酸、50%乙醇和橄榄油)双酚F和双酚S的迁移量,分析模拟物、迁移温度、迁移时间、接触面积与模拟物体积比和迁移次数对双酚F和双酚S迁移量的影响。结果表明:迁移条件一致时,双酚F和双酚S在4种模拟物中的迁移量大小为50%乙醇>10%乙醇>4%乙酸>橄榄油;模拟物一致时,双酚F和双酚S的迁移量随迁移温度的升高、迁移时间的延长、接触面积与模拟物体积比的增大而增加,随迁移次数的增加而减少。反映模拟物的属性、温度、时间、接触面积与模拟物体积比和迁移次数均影响双酚F和双酚S的迁移量。The migration rule of bisphenol F and bisphenol S in plastic packaging for food was studied.The migration of bisphenol F and bisphenol S in different simulants(10%ethanol,4%acetic acid,50%ethanol and olive oil)of the same samplewas determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The effects of simulants,migration temperature,migration time,volume ratio of contact area to simulants and migration times on the migration of bisphenol F and bisphenol s were analyzed.The results showed that the migration level of bisphenol F and bisphenol S under the same migration conditions decreased with an order of 50%ethanol>10%ethanol>4%acetic acid>olive oil;the migration of bisphenol F and bisphenol S increased with the extend of migration temperature,migration time and volume ratio of contact area to simulants,decreases with the increase of migration times.It was shown that the migration of bisphenol F and bisphenol S were affected by the properties,temperature,time,volume ratio of contact area and migration times of the simulants.
