应用型本科高校贝类学实验课程建设与改革探索

摘　　要：贝类学实验课程是水产养殖一流学科人才培养的主干课程,其内容涵盖贝类基础解剖知识、分类学知识、苗种培育技术、养殖技术等,并且和养殖生产实践结合紧密。在课程建设上,重点关注课程建设目的,结合应用型本科高校人才培养需求,着力打造符合北部湾海洋特色的贝类学实验课程。在教学改革方面,通过优化实验教学内容、创新教学方法、实验材料准备改革、实验考核4个方面提升课程教学效果,为培育水产养殖学科高素质人才提供支撑。Malacology experiment course is an indispensable and important link in the construction of aquaculture discipline.At the same time,it is also the main course to cultivate students’professional quality and ability.Its content covers basic shellfish anatomy,classification identification,seedling cultivation technology,breeding technology,and it is closely combined with the practice of aquaculture.In terms of course construction,we focus on the purpose of course construction and combine the talent training needs of application-oriented universities to build Malacology experimental courses in line with the marine characteristics of Beibu Gulf.In terms of teaching reform,the teaching effect of the course is improved through optimizing the experimental teaching content,innovating the teaching methods,reforming the preparation of experimental materials,and improving the experimental assessment,so as to provide support for the cultivation of high-quality talents in aquaculture.
