摘　　要：目的探讨CDIO模式提升常态化下以新型冠状病毒肺炎疾病护理需求为导向的专项护理培训的效果研究。方法在前期调研的基础上,制订新型冠状病毒感染肺炎专项培训CDIO教学方案,包括项目构思、项目设计、项目实施、项目运作等,对护理人员进行理论、专项护理技能、临床综合实践能力培训。结果培训后护理人员理论、专项技能、临床综合实践能力显著提高(P<0.01)。结论采用CDIO教学模式对新型冠状病毒肺炎疾病进行专项护理培训,有利于护理人员更好地掌握专科技能及相关知识,全面提升其综合护理能力,使护理人员能尽快适应当前的护理形势。Objective To explore the effect of CDIO mode to improve the special nursing training oriented by the nursing needs of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia disease under the condition of normalization.Methods On the basis of the preliminary investigation,a special nursing training program of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia for CDIO was developed,including project conception,project design,project implementation,project operation,etc,so as to train nursing staff in theory,special nursing skills,and clinical comprehensive practice ability.Results The theory,special skills and clinical comprehensive practice ability of nursing staff after training were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion Using CDIO teaching mode to carry out special nursing training for New Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia disease is conducive to nursing staff to better master specialized skills and relevant knowledge,comprehensively improve their comprehensive nursing ability,and enable nursing staff to adapt to the current nursing situation as soon as possible.
