摘 要:军校教学模式需要精准对接新型军事人才培养需要。深度学习所倡导的探究学习、迁移应用、创新创造等高阶思维训练与翻转课堂目标一致,有益于新型军事人才的培养。本文从理论上探析深度学习视域下军校翻转课堂的教学模式,分析军校翻转课堂教学模型设想、军校翻转课堂关键要素,提出军校翻转课堂教学模式的构建策略。The teaching model in military academies needs to accurately meet the training needs of new military talents.The advanced thinking training advocated by deep learning,such as inquiry learning,transfer application,innovation and creation,is consistent with the goal of flipped classroom,which is beneficial to the cultivation of new military talents.This paper explores the theoretical issues related to the flipped classroom teaching model in military academies from the perspective of deep learning,analyzes its design and the key elements,and proposes the construction strategies.
