摘　　要：目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下武汉市某三甲医院综合缓冲病区护士工作中的积极心理体验。方法:采用目的抽样法选取12名综合缓冲病区的护士进行访谈,通过Colaizzi 7步法分析访谈资料。结果:共访谈护士11人。工作中出现的积极体验包括积极的情感体验、良好的工作能力、和谐的人际关系、人生观发生变化。结论:抗击疫情过程中护士逐渐出现积极心理体验。应采取多种干预方式来促进护士进行自我认知,完善社会支持系统,以促进护士的积极体验和成长,维护医疗系统的健康和稳定。Objective:To understand the positive psychological experiences of nurses in integrated buffer wards in a Grade-A tertiary hospital in Wuhan during the pandemic of COVID-19.Methods:The purposive sampling method was used to select 12 nurses in integrated buffer wards to conduct interviews,and the data of interviews were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step method.Results:A total of 11 nurses were interviewed.The positive experiences that emerged at work included the positive emotional experience,good working ability,harmonious interpersonal relationship and the changes of view of life.Conclusion:The positive psychological experience of nurses in the fight against the epidemic appear gradually.It is recommended to adopt various interventions to promote the self-cognition of nurses and improve the social support system to promote the positive experiences and growth of nurses and maintain the health and stability of the medical system.
