摘　　要：家族性高胆固醇血症是一种常染色体显性遗传病,传统调脂药物对于这类患者的效果非常不理想。血管生成素样蛋白3单克隆抗体的出现为这些患者带来了希望。现综述血管生成素样蛋白3相关研究进展。Familial hypercholesterolemia is an autosomal dominant hereditary disease.Traditional lipid regulating drugs have less effect on these patients.The appearance of monoclonal antibody against angiopoietin-like protein 3 brings hope to these patients.In this review,we will summarize the most recent studies of angiopoietin-like protein 3.
