摘　　要：甲状腺结节多为良性结节,除外科手术切除之外,还可选择多种介入治疗方式,高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)为其中一种安全有效的消融治疗。本文就HIFU治疗甲状腺良性结节研究进展进行综述。Most thyroid nodules are benign.In addition to surgical thyroid removal,various interventional treatment methods can also be selected for treatment of benign thyroid nodules.High-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)is one of the ways of ablation therapy of thyroid benign nodules,which is safe and effective.The research progresses of HIFU in ablation therapy for thyroid benign nodules were reviewed in this article.
