On Professional Development Strategy for Open Education Teachers in Municipal Open University Under Intelligent Education

摘  要:开放教育是我国教育信息化建设和应用的重要领域,教师是实现信息技术与教育深度融合的核心要素。智慧教育,作为智能时代教育信息化发展新形态,为市级开放大学开放教育教师专业发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。分析智慧教育与教师专业发展关系,面对市级开放大学开放教育教师专业发展中存在问题,从构建立体化学习环境、重新定位教师角色、提升信息技术素养、加强互动团队建设、拓展多元培训模式和完善制度体系六个方面进行提升,推进市级开放大学开放教育教师专业发展。Open education is an important field in the construction and application of educational information in China,and teachers are the core elements to realize the deep integration of information technology and education.Intelligent education,as a new form of education information development in the intelligent era,has brought new opportunities and challenges to the professional development of the municipal open university teachers in open education.This paper analyzes the relations between intelligent education and teachers'professional development,and puts forward the ideas of building a three-dimension learning environment,repositioning teachers’role,improving information technology literacy,strengthening the construction of the interactive team,developing diversified training model and improving the system improve,so as to promote municipal open university teachers’professional development.
