摘　　要：目的探究老年糖尿病患者口腔健康素养和口腔健康生活质量现状,并对口腔健康影响因素进行分析。方法从就诊的老年糖尿病患者中随机抽取100例,患者接受治疗的时间在2017年9月—2018年9月期间,通过问卷调查收集患者的口腔健康行为资料,同时通过老年人口腔生活质量评价指数(GOHAL)对患者的口腔生活质量进行评估,通过多元回归分析口腔健康生活质量的影响因素。结果 GOHAI得分为(34.18±3.28)分,中老年糖尿病患者的口腔健康行为和自身情况都会对其口腔质量产生影响。结论老年糖尿病患者的口腔健康生活质量较低,可以通过改善口腔健康行为来提高,在治疗过程中医护人员需要更多地关注发病时间长、经济条件差以及文化水平低的患者。Objective To explore the status of oral health literacy and oral health quality of life in elderly diabetic patients,and to analyze the influencing factors of oral health.Methods 100 patients were randomly selected from the elderly diabetic patients in our hospital.The patients received treatment from September 2017 to September 2018.The oral health behavior data of the patients were collected through questionnaire survey.The quality evaluation index(GOHAL)evaluates the oral quality of life of the patients,and analyzes the influencing factors of oral health quality of life by multiple regression.Results The GOHAI score was(34.18±3.28)points,and the oral health behavior and selfcondition of middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients had an impact on their oral quality.Conclusion The quality of oral health of elderly diabetic patients is low,which can be improved by improving oral health behaviors.During the treatment process,medical staff need to pay more attention to patients with long onset,poor economic conditions,and low educational level.
