预见性护理模式在重性精神疾病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理在重性精神病患者中的应用。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月收治的重性精神病患者90例作为研究对象,根据入院时间分为研究组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组给予常规护理方法,研究组给予预见性护理+常规护理。比较两组患者护理效果、自我感觉、护理前后护士观察量表(NOSIE)评分、护理满意度。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组配合治疗,主动参与娱乐活动,护理满意度,生活兴趣等自我感觉高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者NOSIE评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后,研究组社会能力、精神性表现、社会兴趣均高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组总满意度(97.78%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P <0.05)。结论预见性护理对重性精神病护理效果良好,患者精神状态、社会能力、社会兴趣良好。同时,能够为患者提供安全、周到、优质的护理服务,护理满意度高,有助于创建和谐的护患关系。Objective To explore the application of predictive nursing in patients with severe mental illness.Methods Ninety patients with severe mental illness admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as study objects,and were divided into study group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)based on admission time.The control group was given routine nursing methods,the study group was given predictive care+routine care.The nursing effect,self-perception,NOSIE scores and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group cooperated with treatment,actively participated in recreational activities,nursing satisfaction,life interest and other self-perceived feelings were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in nurse observation scale scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the social ability,mental performance,and social interest of the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Foreseeable nursing has a good effect on the nursing of severe psychiatric patients,and their mental state,social ability and social interest are good.At the same time,it can provide patients with safe,thoughtful and high-quality nursing services and high satisfaction,helps to create a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
