翻译人才培养的三位一体协同育人研究

摘  要:翻译人才的知识架构是多种因素共同作用的结果,其建构过程具有叠加性、持续性和终身性的特点。翻译人才的培养不但要注重知识结构的内在性和体系性,还要注重结构外因素,因为外部因素也会影响知识结构的建构。基于“协同效应”理论,通过对翻译人才培养的主体性分析,认为政府、高校、企业协同一致,发挥各自职能,建立科学合理的联合培养机制,可以更好地实现培养高素质翻译人才的目标。The knowledge structure of translation talents attributes to many factors,and its construction process has the characteristics of superposition,continuity and lifelong.Much attention should be paid to not only the intrinsic and systematic natures in the training process of translation talents but also to the external factors,because the external factors will also affect the construction of the knowledge structure.Based on the theory of Synergistic Effects,this paper analyzes the subjectivity of the training and holds that the government,universities and enterprises can work together to achieve the goal of training high-quality translation talents by establishing a scientific and reasonable joint training mode.
