摘 要:为分析儿童流感病毒监测状况,本文选择某地区2017年3月-2020年3月所收集的流感样病例患儿咽拭子标本800份为研究对象,均接受实时荧光定量PCR检测,统计本组对象流感病毒的型别与年龄分布状况,分析儿童流感病毒监测结果。结果显示,本组800份流感样患儿咽拭子标本中,共计检出核酸阳性246例,其阳性率是30.75%,且季节性甲型H1N1、季节性H3、BV、BY病毒呈现交替流行趋势;各个年龄组流感病毒的阳性率比较,最高为7~13岁组,占比61.79%(152/246),4~6岁组次之,占比26.42%(65/246)。由此可见,本地区流感病毒型别交替出现,冬春季节处于流感发病高峰期,且以6~8岁儿童相对常见,所以加强学龄儿童流感防控非常重要。To analyze the surveillance status of influenza virus in children.800 throat swab specimens of children with influenza-like cases collected from March 2017 to March 2020 in a certain area were selected as the research objects,and all of them were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.The distribution of influenza virus types and ages in this group was counted,and the monitoring results of influenza virus in children were analyzed.Among 800 throat swab specimens of influenza-like children in this group,246 cases were positive for nucleic acid,the positive rate was 30.75%,and seasonal H1N1,seasonal H3,BV and BY viruses showed an alternating epidemic trend.Comparing the positive rate of influenza virus among different age groups,the highest was 7-13 years old group,accounting for 61.79%(152/246),followed by 4-6 years old group,accounting for 26.42%(65/246).Influenza virus types appear alternately in this area,and the onset of influenza is at its peak in winter and spring,and children aged 6-8 are relatively common,so it is very important to strengthen the prevention and control of influenza among school-age children.
