摘　　要：目的观察鲜石斛制剂对肿瘤放化疗致口腔黏膜损伤的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年5月—2017年7月收治的112例因放化疗导致口腔黏膜损伤的肿瘤患者为研究对象,按入院时间分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=57)。对照组给予口炎清颗粒治疗,观察组给予鲜石斛制剂含服治疗。观察患者的口腔黏膜损伤及疼痛情况,并进行安全性评估。结果治疗后,两组患者口腔黏膜损伤程度均有不同程度的降级,且观察组降级更为显著(P<0.05)。两组患者口腔黏膜损伤的疼痛评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组中度疼痛降级更为显著(P<0.05)。两组患者血常规指标以及生化指标与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鲜石斛制剂治疗肿瘤放化疗致口腔黏膜损伤的临床疗效明显,安全性好,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of fresh dendrobium preparation on oral mucosal injury caused by tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 112 patients with oral mucosal injury caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital between May 2016 and July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=57).The control group was treated with Kouyanqing granules,and the observation group was treated with fresh dendrobium preparation.The oral mucosal injury and pain degrees were observed,and the safety was evaluated.Results After treatment,the degree of oral mucosal injury in the two groups was reduced,and it was reduced greater in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of oral mucosal injury in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the percentage of moderate pain in the observation group was reduced greater than in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences after treatment in blood routine indexes and biochemical indexes as compared with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Fresh dendrobium preparation is effective and safe in the treatment of oral mucosal injury caused by tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and it is worthy of application and popularization.
