摘　　要：1例女性肺腺癌患者服用吉非替尼片后出现多系统损害的严重药品不良反应,临床药师参与会诊,结合患者病情对吉非替尼用药剂量及所致消化系统(腹泻)、皮肤(脓疱疹和甲沟炎)和眼部(结膜炎)等不良反应提出药学意见,并积极开展药学监护,协助医师制定治疗方案,为患者提供必要的用药教育,提高了患者的临床疗效和用药依从性。此外,临床药师参与临床治疗还可提高自身对疾病的认识,提升药学服务能力,从而促进临床合理用药。One female patient with lung adenocarcinoma developed severe adverse reactions with multiple system damage after taking gefitinib tablets.Based on the patient’s condition,clinical pharmacists participated in the consultation and gave pharmaceutical advice on the dosage of gefitinib and the adverse reactions of digestive system(diarrhea),skin(pustules and paronychia)and ophthalmologic system(conjunctivitis).Clinical pharmacists actively carried out pharmaceutical care,assisted doctors in formulating treatment plans,and provided patients with necessary medication education,and consequently improved the clinical efficacy and medication compliance of patients.In addition,by participating in the clinic treatment,pharmacists could also improve their understanding of the disease,enhance their ability of pharmaceutical care,and promote rational clinical use of drugs.
