摘  要:八年制医学教育被定位为一种创新型精英医学人才培养模式,要求八年制学生不仅要有扎实的医学知识和精湛的医疗技术,还要有灵活的科研创新思维和强大的科研能力,要求学生用8年时间完成10~11年的学业。因此,如何更有效地开展学生创新思维及科研能力的培养,是当今医学教育者亟需解决的问题。本研究结合我校医学教育实际情况,针对临床医学八年制消化系统课程教学,探讨了一种有效的混合式教学模式,既能有效提高学生的学习效果,又能显著提高学生的科研创新思维和科研能力。Eight-year medical education is positioned as an innovative elite medical talent training model,which requires the eight-year students not only to have solid medical knowledge and exquisite medical technology,but also to have flexible scientific research innovation thinking and strong scientific research ability,it requires students to complete the previous 10~11 years of studies in eight years.Therefore,how to develop innovative thinking and scientific research ability more effectively is an urgent problem for today’s medical educators.This study combines the actual situation of medical education in our school,and explores an effective mixed teaching model for the eight-year clinical medicine“digestive system”course teaching,which can not only effectively improve students’learning effect,but also significantly improve students’innovative thinking and scientific research ability.
