摘 要:当前,在企业现代化改革过程中,其需要认识到绩效管理工作对企业可持续发展以及员工能力提升的重要作用,然后结合企业开展绩效管理工作的现状和员工的实际情况,对传统以及落后的绩效管理工作方法予以改正。论文就当前企业开展员工绩效管理工作时存在的问题和不足之处进行探讨,然后提出针对性的解决对策,以期促进企业绩效管理工作水平的提升。At present,in the process of enterprise modernization reform,the enterprise needs to recognize the important role of performance management work on the sustainable development of the enterprise and the improvement of employee capabilities.Then the enterprise needs to correct the traditional and outdated performance management work methods in combination with the current situation of the enterprise to carry out performance management work and the actual situation of employees.The paper discusses the current problems and shortcomings existing in carrying out employee performance management work in the enterprise,and then proposes targeted countermeasures,so as to promote the improvement of enterprise performance management work level.
