摘 要:当前社会条件下,人才是助力企事业单位效益增长的核心,人力资源管理与社会保障就是实现这种效益增长的重要发力点。论文结合当前企事业单位人力资源管理与社会保障的基本情况,分析了人力资源与社会保障对经济增长促进模型的理论基础,基于这些理论初步分析了人力资源与社会保障对经济增长的促进作用,希望通过提升员工能力素质和保障条件来最终实现企业的增产与增效。Under the current social conditions,talent is the core of helping enterprises and public institutions to increase their benefits,and human resources management and social security are the important driving points to achieve this benefits growth.Combined with the basic situation of human resources management and social security in enterprises and public institutions at present,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the model that human resources and social security promote economic growth.Based on these theories,this paper preliminarily analyzes the role of human resources and social security in promoting economic growth,hoping to achieve the ultimate increase in production and benefits of enterprises by improving the ability and quality of employees and security conditions.
