摘　　要：目的:探讨基于“互联网+”血糖管理信息系统对院外2型糖尿病患者中的管理效果。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年5月社区60例社区建档的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例,观察两组患者管理前后各项代谢指标:空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)的变化。结果:两组患者管理前FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、TG、TC进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,研究组的FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、甘油三酯TG、总胆固醇TC、低血糖发生率等指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);管理后研究组的遵嘱用药、饮食控制、规律锻炼等水平也高于对照组。结论:基于“互联网+”血糖管理信息系统对院外2型糖尿病患者血糖管理有非常积极的效果。Objective:To explore the management effect of the Internet plus blood glucose management information system in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus outside the hospital.Methods:from October 2019 to may 2020,60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,30 cases in each group.The changes of metabolic indexes before and after the management of the two groups were observed:fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 HPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC).Results:there was no significant difference in FPG,2 HPG,HbAlc,TG and TC between the two groups before management(P>0.05);after management,the levels of FPG,2 HPG,HbAlc,triglyceride TG,total cholesterol TC and incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after management,the levels of medication compliance,diet control and regular exercise in the study group were also higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:the Internet plus blood glucose management information system has a very positive effect on the blood glucose management of patients with type 2 diabetes outside the hospital.
