红医精神在提升新时代医学生医德修养中的引领作用与融入路径

摘　　要：“红医”是革命战争时期中国共产党培育出的医生的代名词。“精神”可理解为一种信念,红医精神即红色医生精神,有其特殊的内涵,是提升新时代医学生的医德修养不可或缺的营养要素。结合红医精神内涵,发挥红医精神在培养医学生责任意识、指导医学生理论学习和建设高质量医学人才队伍中的引领作用,积极从红医精神的可视化表达、根据医学院校不同课程特点将其结合、开展特色教学实践活动三个融入路径推动精神提升新时代医学生医德修养。“Red Doctors”is a synonym for doctors cultivated by the Communist Party of China during the revolutionary war.“Spirit”can be understood as a kind of belief,Red doctors spirit is the spirit of red doctors,has its special connotation,it is an indispensable nutritional element to improve the medical ethics of medical students in the new era.Based on the connotation of the red doctors spirit,this paper gave full play to the leading role of the red doctors spirit in cultivating medical students’of responsibility,guiding medical students’theoretical learning and building a high-quality medical talent team.Actively from the visualization expression of red doctors spirit,according to the characteristics of the medical colleges of different courses,developing characteristic teaching practice into three paths to promote spiritual promotion the new era of medical student’s medical ethics cultivation.
