摘　　要：人类辅助生殖技术应用于临床,亦可拓展到相关科学研究,因此,辅助生殖技术伦理审查比一般的临床研究项目伦理审查涉及的问题和知识范畴更广、更复杂。如何更好地理解辅助生殖技术伦理问题与加强伦理审查工作的开展,使伦理、管理的理念与医学技术发展并驾齐驱是亟待解决的难题。分析近年来辅助生殖技术应用出现的伦理问题并提出相关思考,结合辅助生殖技术的法律法规、伦理原则、临床实践进行了生殖医学伦理审查工作的分析与构想。Human assisted reproductive technology can be applied in clinical practice and also extended to related scientific research.Therefore,the ethical review of assisted reproductive technology involves a wider and more complex range of issues and knowledge than the ethical review of general clinical research projects.How to better understand the ethical issues of assisted reproductive technology and strengthen the ethical review work,so as to make ethics,management ideas and medical technology development go hand in hand is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the ethical problems of the application of assisted reproductive technology in recent years,this paper put forward relevant thoughts,and then analyzed and proposed the ethical review of reproductive medicine in combination with the laws and regulations,ethical principles and clinical practice of assisted reproductive technology.
