摘　　要：上颌后牙根尖周病损常导致牙槽骨破坏并累及上颌窦。本文报道1例上颌第一磨牙因根管治疗后根尖周囊肿导致牙源性上颌窦炎及窦底骨质缺损,通过显微根尖手术联合上颌窦提升术实现了疾病的治愈、患牙保存,为临床上大范围根尖周囊肿及牙源性上颌窦炎的诊治提供参考。Odontogenic maxillary sinusitis is caused by maxillary posterior teeth periapical periodontitis.This article reports a case of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis and extensive bone destruction due to apical cyst after root canal treatment failure.The tooth is preserved by endodontic microsurgery with maxillary sinus lift.
