摘　　要：目的探讨耳周V形切口在腮腺良性肿瘤切除中的临床应用效果。方法收集2017年9月至2019年9月期间于我院头颈肿瘤外科行手术治疗的腮腺良性肿瘤患者36例,均行耳周V形切口切除肿瘤,总结临床效果。结果36例患者均一期愈合,无涎瘘、Frey's综合症的发生,2例患者出现暂时性面瘫症状。所有患者术后均出现不同程度的耳垂麻木情况,术后3周左右恢复正常。术后随访均未出现永久性面瘫及肿瘤复发等并发症。所有患者面部无明显瘢痕或线性瘢痕,美观满意度评分9.4分,均达到预期美容效果。结论耳周V形切口对于腮腺良性肿瘤是一种安全可靠的手术入路,且能够较好的满足患者对美观的要求。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of V-shaped incision in parotid benign tumor resection.Methods A total of 36 cases of benign parotid tumors were collected.V-shaped incision was used to resect parotid tumors,and the clinical effect was summarized.Results All of 36 patients achieved healing by first intention.No salivary fistula and Frey's syndrome occurred,but 2 patients had temporary facial paralysis.All patients showed various degrees of earlobe numbness after operation,and returned to normal after 3 weeks.No serious complications,such as permanent facial paralysis and tumor recurrence during the follow-up.All patients showed no obvious scars or concealed linear scars,and the aesthetic satisfaction score was 9.4,achieving the expected aesthetic effect.Conclusions V-shaped incision is a safe and reliable surgical approach for parotid benign tumors,and can better meet the aesthetic requirements of patients.
