自主学习法在神经外科实习护士教学中的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自主学习法在神经外科实习护士教学中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年1—12月118名神经外科实习的护生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组59名。观察组采用自主学习教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组理论知识、操作技能评分,临床护理能力,自主学习能力。结果观察组理论知识、操作技能得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组实习讨论、实习报告、实习表现、书面整改计划和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自主学习能力各个维度得分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自主学习教学法应用于神经外科实习护士教学有助于培养护生的自主学习能力,促进师生、同学之间的互动交流,有助于培养护生的综合素质和临床护理能力。Objective To discuss the application effect of autonomous learning method in the teaching of neurosurgery practice nurses.Methods From January to December 2019,118 neurosurgery intern students were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,59 in each group.The self-learning teaching method was adopted in the observation group,and the traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group.The theoretical knowledge,operation skill score,clinical nursing ability,and independent learning ability of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and operation skill scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's internship discussion,internship report,internship performance,written rectification plan and total score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions and the total score of autonomous learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-learning teaching method applied to the teaching of neurosurgery practice nurses was helpful to cultivate the self-learning ability of nursing students,promote the interactive communication between teachers and students,and help students to cultivate the comprehensive quality and clinical nursing ability of nursing students.
