摘 要:目的探讨TBL教学法在留学生医学伦理学教学中的效果。方法以武汉大学医学部2014级(传统教学组,n=109)、2015级MBBS留学生(TBL教学组,n=112)为教学对象。选择“生殖伦理学”为代表章节,对比两组成绩、TBL组的个人成绩和小组成绩;通过自评量表调查学生综合素质的提高、以及对教学的满意度等;建立小组表现的评估指标,并分析该评分与小组学习效果的相关性。结果使用TBL教学法,可显著提高留学生对“生殖伦理学”章节的学习成绩,提高其综合素质和满意度,成绩提高程度与小组表现呈正相关(所有P<0.001)。结论TBL对于提高留学生的医学伦理学教学效果是极为有效的教学方法。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of team-based learning(TBL)in improving the teaching of Medical Ethics for foreign students.Methods 109 foreign MBBS(bachelor of medicine&bachelor of surgery)students in Grade 2014 of Wuhan university were taught by traditional lecture-based learning(LBL group),and 112 MBBS foreign students in grade 2015 were taught by TBL(TBL group).The chapter of Reproductive Ethics was choosed.The final test scores between the two groups,as well as the average scores in TBL group before and after team-based discussion were compared.The advancement in comprehensive learning ability of students were analyzed and their satisfaction degree about the class were queried.Evaluation criteria of team performance were established and validated.Results In learning of Medical Ethics,TBL can significantly increase the class test scores,improve the comprehensive learning ability and satisfaction of foreign students.The increase in personal score after team discussion is positively correlated with team performance(P<0.01).Conclusion TBL is a highly effective method in learning of Medical Ethics for foreign MBBS students.
