摘  要:目的探讨典型临床病例结合网络平台教学在医学本科生皮肤性病学教学中的作用。方法在我院皮肤科门诊和住院部就诊的患者中筛选出具有代表性的典型临床病例,建立典型临床病例库,制作多媒体课件,微信推送典型临床病例,在手机人卫教学助手中形成课堂测试题,闭卷考试由学校统一出题,将2015级临床专业389名医学本科生随机分两组,研究组197人;对照组192人,两组相同内容由同一教师带教。结果闭卷考试成绩两组学生显差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),课堂测试成绩研究组明显高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);93.8%的学生喜欢典型临床病例多媒体教学法授课,该方法能够明显激发学生学习的兴趣、提高学生临床思维能力、提高学生基础理论与临床问题的联系能力。结论典型临床病例结合网络平台教学模式能够显著提高教学效果。Objective To explore the role of typical clinical cases combined with network platform teaching in dermatovenereology.Methods Representative clinical cases were selected from the patients in the outpatient and inpatient departments of dermatology department in our hospital,typical clinical case database was established and multimedia courseware was made.Typical clinical cases was sent WeChat,classroom test was formed in the People's Health Teaching Assistant,and the final exam was uniformly set by the school.A total of 389 medical undergraduates from the classes of 2015 clinical specialty were randomly divided into two groups,including 197 in research group and 192 in control group,same course taught by the same teacher.Results Written test scores showed no difference between the two groups of students in statistics(P>0.05),the research group is significantly higher than the control group in the class test scores,but no statistically significance(P>0.05);93.8%of students preferred typical clinical cases based multimedia teaching method,which can obviously stimulate their interest in learning,improve their clinical thinking and the ability to connect basic theory with practice.Conclusion Typical clinical cases based multimedia teaching can significantly improve the teaching effect.
