摘　　要：现阶段基层医生的实际服务层次与我国预期的卫生需求仍有一定差距,基层医院医生继续教育已成为我国一项急迫的任务。对基层医生的培训急需与时俱进地引入信息化技术。虽然现有医学APP种类繁多,但总体定位较高,多针对大型综合医院基础背景基础知识较强的年轻医生,专项针对基础薄弱的基层医生的APP较少且缺乏市场动力。随着科学技术的进步,希望通过智能手机医学APP的发展,在基层筛选及推广使用现有的医学类APP,并后续加大开发专项适合基层使用的医学继续教育APP,给众多学习爱好者创造自主学习良好的平台,使基层医务工作者能够持续接受优化的教育资源,从而使医疗卫生队伍整体素质得以提高。There is still a huge gap between the actual served training for doctors in primary hospital and the expected needs.The continuing education for them has become an urgent task in our country.Digital technique need to be applied in basic training programs.Although there are many kinds of medical APPs,most of them focus on well-educated young doctors in large general hospitals.With the rapid progress of science and technology,it is hoped that through the development of smart phone medical APPs,the existing excellent medical APPs will be screened and promoted,and the targeted medical APPs suitable for doctors in primary hospitals will be subsequently well-developed.Self-learning medical staffs with could receive optimized educational resources through a platform created by smartphone APPs,so that the overall quality of the health system can be improved.
