摘  要:目的探讨3D打印模型在肺腺癌围手术期健康教育的应用效果。方法本研究的研究对象为2019年1—6月在本院接受手术治疗的28例肺腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组(各14例)。观察组给予3D打印模型进行手术期健康教育,对照组给予常规健康教育。比较两组生活质量、心理状态、对护理的满意度和依从性。结果两组患者生活质量各个功能量表的评分在教育前的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在教育后两组患者各个功能量表的评分均增加,且观察组的各个功能量表的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。教育前两组心理状态(SAS和SDS评分)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教育后两组SAS和SDS评分均下降,且观察组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者对护理的依从性高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用3D打印模型对肺腺癌患者进行围手术期健康教育,缓解患者焦虑和抑郁症状,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing model in perioperative health education of lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 28 patients with lung adenocarcinoma were selected as the research object who underwent surgical treatment during January to June 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group(14 cases in each group).The control group was educated with routine health education during operation,and the observation group was educated with 3D printing model for health education.The quality of life,psychological status,satisfaction and compliance of nursing care between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of various functional scales of quality of life between two groups before education(P>0.05).After the education,the scores of each functional scale of quality of life of the two groups increased,and the scores of each functional scale of the quality of life of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in psychological status(SAS and SDS scores)between the two groups before education(P>0.05).After education,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group SAS and SDS scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Using 3D printed models to provide perioperative health education for lung adenocarcinoma patients relieved patients'anxiety and depression symptoms,improved quality of life.
