摘　　要：随着现代社会经济的快速发展,制造行业由机械化逐渐向智能化升级,机电自动控制系统在工厂车间得到更加广泛的应用与普及。机电工程项目在前期规划及设备制造方面起到至关重要的一环,它决定着产品项目是否能够顺利地投产运营。然而在现阶段机电工程项目管理中依然存在诸多问题,影响着项目施工及交付进度,由此造成需求方在经济方面的损失及决策上的麻烦。为此,文章研究如何加强及完善机电工程项目管理制度,从专业性角度分析存在的问题并寻求有效的解决方法,从而为机电工程项目的顺利进行提供保障。With the rapid development of modern society and economy,the manufacturing industry is gradually upgraded from mechanization to intelligence,and the electromechanical automatic control system is more widely used and popularized in factories and workshops.Mechanical and electrical engineering projects play a vital role in early planning and equipment manufacturing,which determines whether the product projects can be put into operation smoothly.However,there are still many problems in the electromechanical engineering project management at present,which affect the project construction and delivery schedule,thus causing economic losses and trouble in decision-making for the demander.Therefore,we should strengthen and perfect the management system of mechanical and electrical engineering projects,analyze the existing problems from a professional point of view and seek effective solutions,thus providing guarantee for the smooth progress of mechanical and electrical engineering projects.
